Legionella can spread in building plumbing and municipal water systems.

It’s important to notice that legionella bacteria thrive in warm and stagnant water. Water is an essential element in industries, lots of structures and more for Humans.

We use water many times per days, with showers, faucets, water fountain, etc… So it is important to notice that water have to be controlled and if the bacteria have developed yet, we have to protect residents health.

Before close the facility to clean the bacteria spread, manager can use specifics filters (showerhead filters, faucet filters, inline filters) to protects residens or patients who are present.

Legionnaires’ disease in United States rise to around 6000 people in 2016 and several hundred death. The number og legionella cases, quadrupled between 2000 and 2015 , it is not nothing.
